How to Get Away with Murder is an American legal drama television series created by Peter Nowalk and produced under Shonda Rhimes’ Shondaland for ABC. It stars Viola Davis as Philadelphia law professor Annalise Keating, whose top students are drawn into a murder of their own, and ran for six seasons from 2014 to 2020.
