I started my career on set, where I learned how a strong production flow can shape the creative outcome. That rhythm of collaboration and timing still guides how I work today.

Over the years, I've had the chance to collaborate with directors like Guy Ritchie, Philip Martin, and Oliver Hermanus, building VFX plans that carry their vision forward while keeping teams focused and supported.

What I care about most is trust. When people feel heard, the entire production breathes better. I pay close attention to details, but I'm always thinking about the people behind them. That's where real production harmony begins.

I've always loved figuring out how to make big, complex work feel smooth and human. At Terminal FX, I bring structure and calm to every project by helping artists, supervisors, and producers stay connected and focused from the first task to final delivery.

My background in on-set coordination and post-production management taught me the value of teamwork under pressure. I believe that a calm, respectful, and open atmosphere brings out the best in people, even in the most demanding schedules. Project management is about creating an environment where communication flows, challenges are solved together, and everyone feels proud of what we've built as a team.

What drives me is building things that last — companies, partnerships, systems, and trust. As Senior Executive Producer at Terminal FX, I focus on strategic direction and business operations, always balancing creative ambition with the structure needed to support it.

My background combines leadership with a hands-on understanding of what it takes to run complex visual effects productions across continents. I care deeply about where art and business meet, and I'm always refining how we make that intersection more productive, secure, and human.

I fell in love with visual effects after watching Aliens 2. I was amazed by how real everything looked, every detail, every terrifying moment. That movie sparked a passion that became my life's journey.

Over the next 25 years, I explored every corner of the VFX world - from 3D modeling and compositing to creating complex visual effects. For the past 20 years, I've led Terminal FX, growing it from a small studio into a trusted name in the industry. I've worked in every role along the way, learning what it takes to bring both art and business together.

Visual effects are more than my career. They're my lifelong adventure, built on creativity, teamwork, and a sharp eye for opportunity.
